Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has emphasised the need to stay grounded if they want to edge PSG on Tuesday night to book a place in the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League for the first time since 2019.

Barcelona have the advantage after a convincing 3-2 performance away from home in the first leg at the Parc Des Princes.

However, the tie is far from over, and PSG will be aiming to bounce back to turn the tides in their favor at the Olympic Stadium.

Speaking in a pre-match press conference about the game, Xavi expressed his desire to win, indicating his side’s level as crucial in their pursuit of glory.

“We want to attack and win the game. We will have to play our best to go through. Tomorrow we have a very big opportunity. Montjuïc needs to be like those magical nights at Spotify Camp Nou”, he said.

Barca will take on PSG on Tuesday, April 15, in hopes of reaching the next round, and should they get the result, the Catalans will face either Atlètico Madrid or Borussia Dortmund in the last four of Europe’s premium club competition, as they look to finish their season with a silverware.
