Suarez and Messi remind fans of Barcelona with heroics in Inter Miami's big win over Orlando City

Suarez and Messi scored two each as Inter Miami secured a 5-0 win over

Inter Miami asserted their dominance with a resounding victory over Orlando City in the Major League Soccer (MLS) as Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi inspired them to a remarkable performance.

Suarez who had yet to find the net in his initial two MLS appearances, broke the goal drought in style, scoring twice within the opening 11 minutes courtesy of precise deliveries from Julian Gressel.

Suarez later turned provider, setting up Rob Taylor before the legendary Lionel Messi showcased his prowess with both a close-range finish and a headed goal from a Suarez cross. The goal sealed a convincing 5-0 win.

Inter Miami, currently sitting at the top of the Western Conference, delivered a commanding performance that highlighted their attacking prowess in a spectacular display at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.

Managed by former Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino, the team boasts a star-studded lineup, including former Barcelona players Suarez, Messi, Jordi Alba, and Sergio Busquets.

Suarez’s arrival at Miami in December has added significant firepower to the squad, and his telepathic understanding with Messi, reminiscent of their successful partnership at Barcelona, promises to be a key asset for the team.

With three goals in three games and an assist to his name, Messi continues to demonstrate his world-class abilities on the MLS stage.

The victory solidifies Inter Miami’s position as early contenders in the Western Conference, signaling their intent to make a mark in the MLS under the guidance of their experienced and decorated lineup.
