Swedru All Blacks head coach Prince George Koffie has parted ways with the club after successfully guiding them to promotion to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League.
Koffie’s contract expired, and he chose not to renew, despite leading the team to a historic return to the top flight. Under his leadership, Swedru All Blacks finished with 66 points from 30 matches, boasting 21 wins, 3 draws, and 6 losses.
Koffie took the reins earlier in the Division One League season and navigated the team through the challenging Zone Two campaign.
Although his departure has been met with mixed emotions, Koffie’s experience and tactical acumen are expected to attract interest from ambitious clubs in Ghana and abroad.
With a coaching résumé that includes stints at Nzema Kotoko, New Edubiase United, Great Olympics, and African Stars in Namibia, Koffie leaves behind a legacy at Swedru All Blacks.
The club now faces the challenge of appointing a new head coach to build on the progress made under Koffie’s guidance.
