Ghanaian rapper EL is tipping the late dancehall artiste Ebony Reigns to win ultimate musical award at this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards that is set to take place on Saturday, April 14. With six nominations, Ebony, who died in a car crash on February 8 this year, while returning from Sunyani to Accra, has been tipped by many to win the Artiste of the Year award. She is up against Joe Mettle, Shatta Wale, Sarkodie and Stonebwoy. Commenting on who is likely to pick the covetous award, EL who in 2016 took the Artiste of the Year Award said Ebony deserves to grab the title this year considering the kind of work she did in the year under review.
