Ghana Premier League to be played behind closed doors
All domestic league competitions should be played behind closed doors under strict Covid-19 protocols, the Ministry of Youth and Sports has ordered.
The latest development means all Ghana Premier League games scheduled to start this weekend will be played behind closed doors.
All teams are mandated to also run test for their teeming players and officials before games.
The directive from the Sports Ministry is in line with CAF’s decision to play all AFCON 2021 qualifiers behind closed doors.
Failure to adhere to any of the above directive will mean the team will not be allowed to access any of the state owned stadium facilities.
