Two axed from Connect FM's Community Street Rap Battle IV

The journey to find a new rap king for the Connect FM Community Street Rap Battle IV began on Saturday, July 31 with 19 rappers showing what made them make it from the auditions to the main.

After going through 3 rounds namely A capella, On The Beat and The Battle, delivering bars upon bars, the contestants were given a rude awakening when two of them were evicted from the competition.

The axe fell on FlexxyWan, representing Kwesimintsim and Mr. Crayon, who was to represent Effiakuma but was absent on the night due to technical reasons.

The competition continues on Saturday, August 7 at the Takoradi Mall.

It is broadcast live on radio, Connect 97.1FM and streamed on Facebook at Connect 97.1FM.
