Ghanaian artiste, Stonewboy has finally explained why he missed Chef Failatu Abdul-Razak’s cook-a-thon attempt at Modern city in Tamale.

In a viral video shared by Failatu on Instagram, the Dancehall musician said he had no deliberate intention to miss the cooking marathon but was occupied with a busy schedule.

“It’s not intentional now. It can never be intentional. I just want to render all Faila’s fans and my fans that I couldn’t make it to Tamale because my schedule, secret weapon. See where I’m passing, I’m passing airport,” Stonebwoy stated.

Failatu after her 227 hours cooking marathon expressed disappointment in an interview about not having some celebrities such as Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale, and Samini, among others present at her cook-a-thon in Tamale.

The Dancehall artiste further congratulated Faila, confidently declaring that she had already broken the current record.

“But congratulations. As for the record, you have finished breaking it,” Stonebwoy said.

Failatu is currently awaiting the official review and subsequent confirmation from the Guinness World Records for her feat.
