Managing Director of Media Excel, Kwesi Ernest has emphasized the need for Ghanaian musicians to be mentally oriented.

Speaking to Nana Ama McBrown on Onua ShowTime, The Ghanaian music consultant expressed that Ghanaian musicians need to be mentally oriented in order to handle their fame properly.

The Managing Director of Media Excel stated, “Before any musician records a song, mental orientation is needed. This will help the musician handle the exposure and fame”.

Kwesi Ernest argued that most musicians are carried away and are led astray when hit by fame.

Without mental orientation, some musicians resort to means that jeopardize their promising futures and careers.

The Ghanaian producer made this point when he shared a few vital elements he describes as essential for every musician, especially Ghanaians.

Having a great voice, being creative and lastly being mentally oriented are the essential elements he shared.
