Last night, excellence made history when for the first time in the competition, a contestant took away two prestigious awards of the night. That excellence is Wedaga.
Wedaga, Upper East representative, dazzled with her eloquence and skilled presentation as she expertly informed, entertained, and convinced all that the region has the best tourist attraction.

“Have you ever wondered why we are known as the Upper East region? It is because we have the upper hand in everything that we do. Dancing, we are the best. Music, no size. Fashion, we are the gids of it. Food, we are the experts. At least I forget tourism, we are number one.
“Do you want to eat proper Tuo-Zaafi made from millet? Then board a plane to Accra and from Accra board a bus to the Upper East region, it will take only 9 hours 30 mins to get there. Or board a plane from Accra to Tamale. And from Tamale to the Upper East Region. And it will take you only four hours to get there.”
