Black Stars goalkeeper Abdul Manaf Nurudeen has signed a new contract to stay at Belgian Jupiler Pro League club KAS Eupen.
The contract of the 23-year-old was set to expire in June 2023, but he has extended it to 2026 by signing a new three-year deal.
Nurudeen has been Eupen’s first choice in the Belgian League and the Belgian Cup this season, appearing in 24 games across all competitions.
The former Ghana U20 goalkeeper has kept three clean sheets and appeared in team of the week twice.
Nurudeen joined Eupen in July 2017 from the Aspire Football Academy in Senegal and made his senior debut on 7 November 2020 against Waasland Beveren in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League.
He made his Ghana debut on January 5, 2022, in an international friendly match against Algeria ahead of the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Nurudeen made the final squad for the tournament.
