Veep commissions Institute for hearing impairment persons
Vice President Paa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur is scheduled today to commission a specialised institute that will train persons with hearing impairment in the country.
The private institute, Supreme Sign-Institute, has in the last two years been providing professional and academic training in sign language communication and interpretation with focus on non-deaf persons.
Located at Weija in the Ga South District of Accra, the Institute is approved by the Ghana Education Service under its Special Education Division.
