The Trade Capacity Building (TCB) Programmeof theUnited Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) on the occasion of Farmers’ Day celebration wishes to congratulate all farmers and fishermen in Ghana for the vital role they play in the Ghanaian economy.
The National Project Coordinator, Mr. Victor Mills, commenting on the theme for the celebration “Transform Ghana: Invest in Agriculture”, said as the government makes effort to address the challenges facing sustainable value chains of the agricultural sector and creates a better environment for entrepreneurs, farmers must ensure that their products are in conformity with national and international standards.
