Chelsea and Belgium star Eden Hazard has sent an autographed jersey of his to First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo.
In a post on Twitter on Friday, Mrs Akufo-Addo described the gift as “one of the best surprises I have had so far this year”.

On the Number 10 jersey is written “To Rebecca Akufo-Addo Best Wishes”.
The Belgium captain, who will lead his side in Group G against Panama, Tunisia and England at the June-July world cup, also sent a video to Mrs Akufo-Addo.
