It was a sad moment for the two sides as Soulama – who featured for both sides in his playing career in Ghana – died two days ahead of the clash. He died in his hometown of Banfora after a long illness. After news of the death of Soulama broke on Saturday morning, the two clubs paid him tribute via their twitter accounts.

He was buried on Sunday as per Islamic custom. [caption id="attachment_65949" align="alignnone" width="340"] Soulama Abdoulaye was buried a day after he died[/caption] Soulama died aged 37. By Emmanuel Kwame Amoh||Ghana ]]>
