As a contemporary dating show, Date Rush is here to give you the best date you could ever dream off or ask for. Yes, the best date of your lifetime! Each week, a single guy will select from 10 beautiful ladies he finds interesting. He would first meet all the ladies on stage, get to know each one of them and make his choice as to who to go on a romantic date with. But wait! The power doesn’t only lie with the gentleman alone, the ladies also have a say. The lucky lady gets to decide whether or not she is interested in the man to go on a romantic date with. The one who maintains her Rush Light (meaning she is also interested in going on a date with the gentleman) after the three stages, will have the opportunity to go on a date. The lucky couple will get to go to the Date Rush Hide Out where a lot of surprises await them. Date Rush is broadcasted Fridays on TV3 at 8:00pm and hosted by Nii Kpakpo Thompson.
