The 13 weeks of intense competition and exciting performances from 26 talented children will come to an end on Sunday, June 2 when TV3 brings down the curtain on Season 10 of its Talented Kidz reality show. Eighteen contestants, who did not have the stamina for the last lap, were evicted one after the other during the period. And now the stage is set for the eight contestants who managed to book a place at the grand finale to battle it out for the coveted prize package. At the National Theatre on Sunday, the judges and the public will decide whether the Talented Kidz bragging rights should go to Ebenezer Oppong Asare, Gershon Edem Gaddah, Irene Asiwomeh Adoku, Nakeeyat Sam Dramani, Nene Kwadwo, Prince Okyere, Shirley Okyere or Torday Dancers. The late afternoon event will see performances from reggae/dancehall artiste Stonebwoy, Kuami Eugene, the ‘Do the Dance’ man Eddie Khae and rapper Samuel Owusu who was the winner for last year’s event. Gershon Edem Gaddah with the stage name SconzyGH who has not hidden his admiration for Stonebwoy throughout the competition, may likely have a duet with the artiste. A food bazaar at the forecourt of the National Theatre at exactly 2:00pm Sunday, will herald the grand finale. Tickets for the event are selling at 10 cedis at TV3 premises, Kanda in Accra.
