Dancehall artiste and leader of Shatta Movement (SM), Shatta Wale, has proposed to his long-time girlfriend and baby mama, Shatta Michy.
It was one of the highlights at the launch of his album at the Fantasy Dome in Accra on Saturday.
The two have been together for some time now and have a son and many of their fans have on countless occasions on social media raised the question of when they will tie the knot.
SM fans can now heave a sigh of relief as their leader has finally popped the question.
Shatta Michy mounted the stage to join Shatta Wale perform ‘Low Tempo’, a song they did together.
They were also accompanied by their son, Majesty, and Shatta Wale’s daughter, all on stage moving about in performance.
Suddenly, Shatta Wale took out a ring from his pocket mid-way and got down on his knees to pop the question.
A visibly excited Shatta Michy took the ring and the two shared a passionate kiss amidst cheers from the crowd.
Earlier this year, the two were in the news for breaking up, after Shatta Michy had accused Shatta Wale of abusing her, in Facebook post.
The two later came out to state that they were back together, and that they had resolved their issues.
Meanwhile, the much anticipated Reign album was officially launched and it is available on all music platforms for music lovers across the world.
