Sarkodie jokingly plans to take look-alike of Kuami Eugene, Mr Drew and Medikal on his upcoming tour

Rapper Sarkodie says he plans to take the doppelgängers of some of his colleague artistes including Kuami Eugene, Mr Drew, King Promise and Medikal on his upcoming “Jamz” world tour.

The ‘Landlord’ who issued a caveat along with the video tweet of the fake celebrities said he had reached out to the original artistes but they were charging ridiculous prices hence his decision.

“There’s always a way out … called some of my superstars to pull up for the #JamzWorldTour … they gave me mad attitude plus ridiculous fees so …. ?? #Jokes,” he posted

 

 

Last month, a viral video that surfaced online showed a couple of fake celebrities mimicking the original acts to the delight of many.

Kidi, Kuami Eugene, Black Sherif, Sarkodie himself, King Promise and Medikal have all had their lookalikes spring up acting and dressing up like them.

Sarkodie’s hilarious tweet was met with a lot of laughter and memes on the micro-blogging site.

Sarkodie’s eighth studio album, which was released in November 2022 consists of 10-tracks with nine featured artists namely; Oxlade, King Promise, Cina Soul, Joeboy, BNXN, Kranium, Lojay, Ink Boy, and Black Sherif.

He has also announced tour dates for the album.
