Navah tipped to win Western Music Awards Artist of the Year

Major stakeholders in the Western Region entertainment circles have tipped Navah to win this year’s coveted Artist of the year.

The singer had in the year under review, put in works which earned him 6 nominations – the most by an artiste this year.

Radio Presenter and entertainment critique, George Ferguson urged people in the region to vote for an artiste based in the region, one that had his works resonate with the fans.

“For those of us here, we know what goes on here, we pay much attention to the Western Music Awards, so I just want to tell the people that if they are voting, they should pay attention and look at the person who has really worked and rooted himself in the region, one that has pulled himself unto you guys not one from somewhere with glories from other people, just look at the people who are here, those pushing themselves unto us, telling us to stream their songs, these are the guys I want to entreat those out there to pay much attention to.

“I will be very happy for a certain artiste called Navah to win the artiste of the year – amazing gospel artist by all standards, I will be very happy if Navah wins it,” Ferguson who is a follower of the award scheme and showbiz in the Western Region said during the nomination announcement.

Empire FM’s entertainment presenter Akosua Tilly didn’t mince words when she was asked to make who she tipped to win the artist of the year this year.

“With regards to Navah, I think we should all be honest and go for him, his greater love album is just amazing, beautiful, I just don’t know the words to use in describing the album, let’s all come together and vote for Navah.

“For Navah, being nominated to six different categories is a honor and he owes it all to the fans,” she said.

With 6 nominations into 6 different categories and an album with major featuring including Joe Mettle, Navah’s work is clear for followers of music to see and put him in a clear possition to be crowned Western Region’s Artiste of the Year; for him, he owes it all to the fans.

“I must he honest by saying that is really an honor to be nominated, I have seen the categories and I have realized that we have six nominations, and I must say that I’m very grateful to my loved ones, my fans, the people of God – all those who my music, my ministry, I’m so much grateful for the support,” he said.
