The ongoing Afronation Portugal festival has escalated into violence as the talent manager of Ghanaian singer Gyakie, Electro Mirror, found himself embroiled in a heated confrontation with local security personnel.

 

The incident which unfolded on Thursday night was shared online by the manager of Camidoh and publicist, George Mensah Britton.

According to eyewitness accounts at the event, the altercation resulted in Mirror being rushed to the hospital for urgent medical attention.

Insider sources privy to the matter suggest that the clash erupted from a disagreement between Mirror and the authorities regarding his entry to the venue.

While Gyakie was granted access to the event, Mirror, unfortunately, faced denial.

The confrontation sent shockwaves and distress through the Afronation Portugal festival among attendees and industry insiders who had gathered to celebrate and enjoy the performances.

Social media fans also took to various channels to air their thoughts on the incident with some calling it a ‘racist’ attack whiles others condemned Geroge Britton and impressed him to delete the video.

George Britton during the filing of this report has taken to social media to provide concerned fans and followers with an update, assuring them that Mirror’s condition is stable and that he is receiving the necessary medical care.

“Mirror is very fine now!!! Party continues ? ?,” he posted.

Despite this regrettable incident, the Afronation Portugal festivities have pressed on, with attendees persevering in their enjoyment of the performances and revelry.
