Business moguls, Ibrahim Mahama and Osei Kwame Despite have made special appearances at the birthday celebration of Retired Commissioner of Police, Nathan Kofi Boakye.
Known as Commander One for his tact and fearlessness, the head of the Ghana Police Service’s Legal and Prosecution Division turned 60 today, April 5, 2023.
Earlier today, the Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare and other high ranking officials attended an event to bid him farewell.
A video that was shared online showed other high-profile personalities including Ibrahim Mahama, Osei Kwame Despite of the Despite Group and members of the East Legon Fitness Club at the 60th anniversary party which took place at a private location in his honour.
In the new video, the multimillionaire who wore his signature white shirt over Khaki Pants is captured exchanging pleasantries with several other people until he finally gets to the spot of fellow millionaire, Mr Despite where the two shake hands and converse for a while.

“Everything is fine,” Despite responds in Twi as they share a hug and laughter erupts in the company of the people
Another voice belonging to serial caller and grassroots political activist, Appiah Stadium can be heard in the video hailing the meeting.
“Two millionaires have met today. Ibrahim Mahama the African multi-billionaire, Dr Dr Osei Kwame Despite, the C.E.O, the president, the bankroller, our father, destiny changer,” he is heard in appellations.
Later the millionaires along with former Black Star player, Sammy Kuffuor and other high-profile individuals pose for the camera before Despite and the crew exit the event whiles Mr Mahama goes over to greet the celebrant.
The video of the two has been met with positive reactions from online fans who couldn’t help but applaud the show of humility and camaraderie between the two.
