Veteran Ghanaian high life musician, Awuram Badu, who died last year at the age of 76, was Saturday given a state burial in Kumasi. Scores of showbiz personalities, both musicians and actors, joined the family of late musician as she was laid to rest at her hometown, Banko, after a burial service at the Centre for National Culture in Kumasi.Born Rose Amoanu Gyamfuah, Awurama Badu died on October 26, 2017 at the Effiduase Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region after battling a long ailment.
