Amerado became one of 2022’s most talked-about rappers Amerado after a heated stint with Lyrical Joe, where both parties exhibited their lyrical prowess. To end his year, Amerado drops a 20-minute compilation of rap songs he calls Emptying The Road To Gina Folder.
Amerado, born Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, has been blazing a trail for local rappers after his grand entry with Yeete Nsem.
To cement his name this year, Amerado has released four hits currently playing on every DJ’s top list and receiving massive endorsement from fans – Abotre ft Black Sherif, Metua with Kuami Eugene, Back To Sender and Grace featuring Lasmid.
Additionally, he released his debut album, GINA, which has gathered over 10 Million streams across all DSPs. Audiomack named it in the Top 50 African Albums of 2022.
