Media General, Ghana’s leading media conglomerate has launched Ghana Month.
Ghana attained independence from colonial rule on March 6, 1957. The month of March has therefore been designated as Ghana Month to highlight the country’s history and culture.
The month-long celebration is themed, “Embracing tradition in modern Ghana.” it will be marked with various entertaining programmes, details of which will be announced on Media General’s radio, TV and online platforms.
Group Chief Operating Officer of Media General, Nuamah Eshun-Famiyeh who launched the cerebrations on Friday March 1, appealed to the general public to support in promoting Ghana in this Heritage Month.
