According to him, he has put measures in place to ensure his party retains the seat, which has for years been held by the NDC. His contender, Michael Tetteh, who is the currently the Constituency Chairman, is also confident of beating Sam George hands down to lead the NDC in the constituency into the next parliamentary election. Mr. Tetteh said his works in the constituency over the past years gives him an advantage over his opponent. He however said no matter the outcome of today’s elections, he will be ready to work with Sam George to ensure the NDC retains the seat. A total of 829 delegates from 89 out of 93 branches are expected to vote in the Ningo-Prampram Constituency. Activities have so far been calm at the St. Joseph Anglican Primary School where the election is being held, our correspondent reported.
