This will be ahead of the commencement of the campaign for the 2016 general elections, the statement signed by Eugene Arhin , Nana Addo’s press secretary, said.
Dubbed the ‘Rise and Build Tour’, the tour will see Nana Akufo-Addo meet up with regional executives, constituency executives, and aspirants in the NPP parliamentary primaries, both winners and losers, in every region he visits.
“This is to prepare the party for a campaign that hopes to energise Ghanaians to help build and restore Ghana onto a path of progress and prosperity.”
Nana Addo’s first point of call will be the Volta Region, followed by a tour of the Eastern Region and the three northern regions.
He will be accompanied on the tour by his running mate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Policy Advisor Boakye Agyarko, former Minister of State Elizabeth Ohene, National Organiser John Boadu, National Women’s Organiser Otiko Afisa Djaba, Political Assistant Francis Asenso-Boakye, Press Secretary Eugene Arhin and Campaign Aides Iddrisu Musah ‘Superior’ and Pius Hadzide.
