Phase two of the University of Allied and Health Services is expected to be located on a 29,200 square meter land that would contain the central administration, school of nursing and midwifery and equipment room as well as supporting facilities such as desks, chairs and computers as well as teaching aids.

Under the bilateral agreement between the two countries the project is expected to enhance education in medicine and promote advance medical care.

The first phase of the University funded by the Chinese government was officially handed over to government in September 2015.
