They beat  competition from hundreds of girls across the country to make it to the 12th edition of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful. It’s been four weeks of fun, excitement, tension, highs and lows for the 10 finalists in this year’s competition. Week after week, the contestants mount the stage to showcase Ghana in their own unique ways through their individual performances. Today marks the 4th Sunday since the contestants were officially ushered into the competition, and throughout the weeks, they have been saved from eviction, which has been part of the competition over the years. The judges have seen the contestants perform for the past weeks; from Week One when the likes of Abena from the Eastern Region and Ohema from the Brong Ahafo Region wowed them with their modelling and fashion sense, and went ahead to emerge as Star Performer and Best Dressed for Casual and Dinner Wear respectively, through to the third week when Ohema again bagged the Star Performer Award. Greater Accra Region’s Naa was also adjudged the Star Performer during the second week where the contestants were tasked to sell Ghana in their own way. Last week, the contestants had an eviction scare, but were told at the end of the show by the judges that they were spared. Would the ladies be this fortunate tonight? It does not seem so, as organisers of the show have given hints of one lady exiting the competition tonight. The judges have seen the ladies, the fans have been watching, and it seems minds have been made up with regards to who goes home tonight. The fans wield the power to decide who goes home through their votes, and judges would also consider the performance of the girls throughout the competition, and decide who goes home tonight. You do not want to miss out on tonight’s show, as the girls bring you yet another exciting performance woven around the theme ‘Water is health’. Monday, October 15, 2018 marks Global Handwashing Day, and as part of activities ahead of the celebration, the contestants are expected to do a presentation on how they would tackle the issues of water, sanitation and hygiene in their respective communities. Make a date tonight at 8:00pm as the show airs live on TV3, and all its social media platforms, as the girls bring their A-game, and the judges and fans decide who goes home tonight.
