This year’s competition which is captured under the catchphrase “This is the Life” has seen contestants throughout the competition exhibiting what it means to be a Ghanaian and how to live and experience the Ghanaian life through the various traditions of the country. The journey began with ten beautiful ladies representing all ten regions of Ghana, but just like any other competition, not all of these ladies could triumph the weekly tests to make it to the finals. As the final curtain is set to be drawn this Sunday, December 9, 2018, who amongst the four finalists representing the Brong Ahafo, Eastern, Ashanti and Upper East regions is most likely to walk away with the crown, car and cash. Throughout the competition, all these four representatives have given off their best in terms of performance and representing their respective regions. The four finalists and what their journey has been so far. Brong Ahafo regions Ohema [caption id="attachment_99790" align="aligncenter" width="612"] Ohema[/caption] Ohema has been consistent in giving off her best in presenting what her region has to offer in terms of history, food, and clothing among others. What makes Ohema to stand out is her confidence, presentation skills and the level of eloquence with which she gets her points across over the past weeks. Three time winner of the prized “Star Performer” title and a two time winner of the “Most Eloquent” title, presenting stiff competition to her fellow contestants. As to whether her level of confidence and eloquence will land her the GMB crown, that is yet to be seen come Sunday at the Grand Finale. Eastern region’s Abena [caption id="attachment_98537" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Abena[/caption] It is safe to say that Abena has had the smoothest journey among all the finalists, having enjoyed all the positive remarks from the judges consistently. Abena stands out with her energy and exuberance which judges say is infectious. She has been the contestant who has won the “Star Performer” title the most, bagging it for four times . She once won the Most Eloquent. Upper East region’s Wekia [caption id="attachment_105968" align="aligncenter" width="600"] Wekia[/caption] Wekia comes with what Judge Bernie Asher refers to as an “infectious smile” which makes the audiences stay focused on her presentation whenever she mounts the stage. She has had a fairly good journey, as she has won the “Star Performer” title once. Will Wekia wow her way through to the crown with her smile? That will be seen at the National Theatre come Sunday, December 9, 2018. Ashanti region’s Afrah [caption id="attachment_98535" align="alignnone" width="600"] Afrah[/caption] Although Afrah has not won any of the titles throughout the competition, her performance over the past twelve weeks has been admired by many. She is not one to consistently receive praises from the judges, neither has she been criticized a lot. Sunday’s show is a different ball game all together where the contestants go head to head and in a battle of supremacy. The Grand Finale is set to take place at the National Theatre in Accra, and would be live on TV3 at 8:00 pm. Tickets are selling at GHȻ50.00 at TV3 premises, Baatsona Total and Airport Shell. Make a date at the National Theatre and come see your favourite contestant battle it out for the 3C: car, crown and cash. The show will also see performances from Fancy Gadam and the reunited Praye group. By Irene Amesimeku| 3news.com| Ghana]]>
