'Astronomical upsurge' in Covid-19 at KNUST

Authorities at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) have issued an express directive to all college registrars to make sure that all Veronica buckets on campus are filled with water and constantly used.
Also, the use of hand sanitisers and wearing of nose masks are to be strictly enforced.
These directives come in the wake of “an astronomical upsurge in the spread of Covid-19 on KNUST campus”.
They were contained in a letter issued by the Office of the Registrar on Monday, July 19 to all college registrars and deputy registrars.
