The match will be a memorable return to the continent’s flagship competition for the Cranes, who last played in the 1978 edition, only to lose the trophy to Ghana.

There are no injury worries in the Stars camp just like in the Uganda’s camp.

The last three meetings of the two sides have seen the East Africans performing comparatively better, having drawn twice away and beaten Ghana in Kampala.

Israeli coach Avram Grant will lead the Ghanaians while Milutin Sredojevic popularly known as ‘Micho’ will handle Africa’s 2015 best national team.
