The Awua Dankwa Education Foundation (ADEF) has pledged to support needy but brilliant students in Bomaa in the Eastern Region of Ghana, the Community in which the Founder of the Foundation who is also a businessman. The Founder of the Foundation, Samuel Awua Dankwa said there was the need to ensure the children of the community are given a bright future through education, hence support. “On the 2nd of January 2021, in collaboration with the Awua Dankwa Education Foundation (ADEF), I joined the Queen mother of Bomaa, Dr Nana Koramah Danpong in the Atiwa West District of the Eastern Region to fete hundreds of the aged, orphans, widows and widowers in the Bomaa community. “As a native of the town and a firm believer of giving back to society, I wholeheartedly supported the feast with with some bags of rice, cartons of cooking oil, boxes of antiperspirant body roll-ons, bottles of hand sanitizers and a cash amount to GHS1000. “I also used the opportunity to urge the people of Bomaa to take the education of their children seriously to ensure a prosperous future for them. I used myself as an example that even though I am a business man, it is formal education that has helped me to manage my businesses very well. “Again, I pledged to support the brilliant but needy students of the community through the Awuah Dankwa Education Foundation. “Other queen mothers who joined Nana Hemaa of Akyem Bomaa at the event are the queen mother of Akyem Abomosu and queen mother of Adasawase.” By editors.3news.com
