The High Court hearing the ambulance case has admitted the full WhatsApp messages between the third accused person Ricard Jakpa and Attorney-General Godfred Dame that were tendered in by the prosecution as evidence, TV3’s Laud Adu Asare who was in court reported.
The court admitted the messages during proceedings on Thursday, June 20.
Jakpa had earlier admitted that the messages he presented in court did not capture the whole conversation.
The messages he presented to the court were selected based on relevance to his case, he told the court during cross-examination on Tuesday, June 18.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Yvonne Atakora Obuobisa, had told the court about the volume of messages sent by Mr Jakpa compared to the limited responses from the Attorney-General.
The DPP sought to introduce all WhatsApp messages sent by Mr Jakpa into evidence.

- Mr Jakpa acknowledged introducing himself to the Attorney General before the trial and obtaining the Justice Minister’s contact information through his cousin, Supreme Court Judge, Justice Yonny Kulendi.
