The club confirmed Boadu’s resignation hours after their Ghana Premier League week 16 victory over Techiman Eleven Wonders in Tarkwa.

Management of Medeama Sporting Club are yet to give reasons for Boadu’s resignation.

The 34-year old replaced Evans Addotey as the head coach of Medeama Sporting Club in 2018.

He helped build a solid team that came close to winning the Ghana Premier League twice but were denied due to the cancellation of the season on both occasions.

The Yellow and Mauves are second on the league log with 26 points despite having a slow start to the current campaign.
