Ghana star Mohammed Kudus’ incredible bicycle-kick goal against Brentford has won the West Ham United Goal of the Month award for November.

The midfielder’s acrobatic effort impressed fans and secured him the award with a majority of votes.

Kudus’ goal was a highlight of West Ham’s 3-2 loss to Brentford, as he expertly converted a cross from Michail Antonio with an overhead kick that left goalkeeper Mark Flekken with no chance. The 23-year-old’s impressive strike has also been nominated for the Premier League Goal of the Month award, where he faces competition from other top contenders.

Since joining West Ham from Ajax in the summer for 43 million euros, Kudus has established himself as a key player under manager David Moyes. He has become a fan favourite, and he has now scored six goals in all competitions, including a recent strike against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.

West Ham’s official social media account congratulated Kudus on his achievement, posting, “Simply sensational from our Starboy. You voted for Kudus’ scissor kick v Brentford as your Goal of the Month.”
