Mohammed Kudus displayed a remarkable performance with a hat-trick as Ajax walloped Ludogorets in their Europa League clash on Thursday.

The 23-year-old led his team to a resounding 4-1 victory establishing his importance to the Dutch giants despite transfer reports suggesting his departure.

Kudus opened the scoring in the 16th minute by finishing a well-worked attack as he struck from behind the box to get the first goal.

The talented forward quickly doubled the lead scoring a brilliant goal with his weaker foot two minutes later with a well-taken shot.

Ajax continued to be dominant literally dictating the flow of the game despite playing as visitors to the renowned Romanian side.

Five minutes before halftime, Brobbey, who is also of Ghanaian heritage, pounced on his opportunity and scored the third goal, terrifying their opponents’ defense with a flurry of attacking football.

Ludogorets succeeded in pulling one back with the determination to manage a respectable scoreline but Kudus came through once more to complete an incredible hat-trick.

Given their enormous advantage, Ajax picked the victory with full confidence as they headed home to get ready for the return leg at the Johan Cruyff Arena.

While the hat-trick proved the awesome abilities of Kudus it further reignited the transfer talks surrounding the Ghanaian who is heavily linked to West Ham.
