Chief Executive Officer of Asante Kotoko Nana Yaw Amponsah says the aim of the management team is to restore the club’s image and develop it into a club that modernly appeals to their fans.

Addressing the new management at an inauguration ceremony at the Sports Hotel in Kumasi on Tuesday, September 22, Amponsah said it will all begin with providing ultra modern infrastructure for the team.

In his submission, he said he will improve on the standards of the team.

“The Board has approved for us to get an ultra-modern training facility at Adako Jachie within the next three months.”

On players, Amponsah says the club will adhere to strict measure of keeping a cap on the numbers.

“We are going to keep 30 players; 4 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 8 midfielders, 4 strikers, 4 youth players and 2 outstanding players.”
