Serbian tactician Kosta Papic has joined Accra Hearts of Oak as new technical director, 3Sports can exclusively confirm.
Papic comes in with lots of experience on the African having stint with clubs in South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana as well in the past.
Manuel Vaz Pinto was appointed on October this year to occupy similar role at Hearts of Oak but left with only 7 days into his appointment.
Kosta Papic who had short stint with Hearts of Oak in 2009 has joined in to strengthen their technical department for the ongoing Ghana Premier League season.
Accra Hearts of Oak are still without a Premier League triumph in the last decade.
