Brighton and Hove Albion’s recent acquisition Ibrahim Osman is unfazed by concerns about potential injuries as he finishes the season with FC Nordsjaelland before joining his new club.

Although Brighton confirmed the signing of Osman, the young talent will only link up with the Premier League side at the end of the ongoing season. Questions have been raised about Osman’s fitness during this period, but the player remains undeterred and is focused on maintaining good form.

In response to concerns about sustaining injuries, the 19-year-old Ghanaian winger stated, “I don’t really think about that because it happens. It’s football, anything can happen. But I’m not focused on getting injured. I just focus on doing my job,” expressing a perspective on the unpredictable nature of the sport.

Osman, a Right to Dream graduate, has had an impressive start to his professional career with FC Nordsjaelland. Since his debut in February 2023, he has featured in 40 games, scoring four goals and providing five assists.

His journey from the renowned academy to FC Nordsjaelland and now to Brighton follows in the footsteps of other successful Ghanaian talents like Kamaldeen Sulemana, Mohammed Kudus, and Ernest Nuamah.

As Osman continues to contribute to FC Nordsjaelland’s Danish Superliga campaign, fans are eager to see how he concludes the season before making the transition to the Premier League with Brighton.
