Hearts of Oak will play Moroccan giants Wydad Casablanca in the next round of the CAF Champions League after beating CI Kamsar on Sunday.

Political instability in Guinea forced CAF to change the two-legged clash to a one-off decider in Accra, but fans were not allowed into the Accra Sports Stadium due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Without fans, Kamsar managed to frustrate Hearts until the last 10 minutes when substitutes Kofi Kordzi and Salim Adams scored to secure a 2-0 win.

Kordzi who rejoined Hearts as a free agent in August opened the scoring with a free kick in the 83rd minute before Adams, another player signed last month, secured victory in injury-time.

The youngster unleashed a powerful drive from the edge of the box to set up a first round date with Wydad.
