Anas again! Bribes Nigeria’s Super Eagles coach to select players

Ghanaian investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas has captured the coach of Nigeria’s senior national team, Salisu Yusuf, taking cash from undercover agents to allegedly influence player selection. Excerpt of the video captured in September last year, has been released by the BBC. In the video, the coach, who was full of smiles, was seen receiving dollar notes which the undercover agents claim amounted to 1,000 dollars. The cash according to the agents, was given to the coach who receives three million naira ($8,345) a month, to influence the selection of two players of the team, to participate in then African Nations Championship (CHAN).
