Four-time champions Cameroon have picked the fourth win of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon after coming from a goal down to beat Guinea-Bissau 2-1 on Wednesday.
It was the second Group A game on the day.
The debutants had opened the score in the first half after a solo run by Piqueti saw him beat former Barcelona goalkeeper Fabrice Ondoa in post for Cameroon.
But the Lions came back strongly in the second half as Sebastien Siani and Czech Republic-based Michael Ngadeu-Ngadjui ensured that they picked their first win of the tournament.
Earlier, hosts Gabon had been held 1-1 by 2013 finalists Burkina Faso.
Prejudice Nakoulma had put the Stallions in the lead but poster boy Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang equalised from the spot in what became his second goal of the tourney.
The result makes the final round of matches for the two sides must-wins after drawing by the same scoreline in the inaugural games.
While Gabon take on Cameroon in their final group game, Burkina Faso will play debutants Guinea-Bissau, who could make it to the quarter-final with a win in that match.
