Access Bank renews sponsorship deal with GFA for Division One League

Access Bank has renewed its partnership with the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for the Division One League.

The decision to extend the sponsorship for the second-tier league comes after a successful first year of collaboration.

Jamil Maraby, the Director of Marketing at the Ghana Football Association, recently paid a courtesy visit to Access Bank to express gratitude and discuss the future of their partnership.

The meeting was held with Olumide Olatunji, the Managing Director of Access Bank, who confirmed the bank’s commitment to continuing its sponsorship. Olatunji emphasized their aim of unearthing and nurturing talented footballers for the country.

“We continue to invest in football and particularly the DOL because that is the pipeline for developing talents,” stated Olatunji. “Our goal is to see these talents evolve into national and international footballers who will, in turn, give back to impact their communities.”

The Ghana Football Association expressed appreciation for Access Bank’s unwavering support for Ghanaian football. Jamil Maraby, the GFA’s Director of Marketing, conveyed his gratitude to the bank for their continued financial investment, which has contributed to the growth and development of football in the country.
