Ghanaian music duo, Dope Nation have expressed their enthusiasm in performing at the upcoming Date Rush to perform and dance with the contestants and host Giovanni.

“We are looking at coming on the show to perform and dance with the contestants and Giovanni,” the ‘Check My Zingo’ hitmakers revealed.

During an interview with Berla Mundi on the TV3 Breakfast show, the duo expressed their fondness for the various personalities on the show as well as the resident Disc Jockey, DJ Faculty.

“Every week we watch it, we get really fond of a new character but if you want us to talk about someone we are fond of, it’s Faculty.”

Excitement filled the air as the conversation shifted to the upcoming Daterush pool party, scheduled for Saturday, 8th July, at 3 pm at Pleasant Gardens in Dzorwulu.

Dope Nation who are billed to perform shared their enthusiasm for being part of the event and revealed that it would be their first time collaborating with Date Rush.

“We are excited we are going to be at the TV3 Daterush pool party. This is our first time doing something with Daterush so the whole experience and vibe is going to be different. It is also challenging for us but we are going to make sure it’s full of fireworks,” they indicated.

Addressing their fans, Dope Nation assured that they would share all the details on their social media platforms about how to obtain tickets for the pool party.

“We will be posting on our socials how they can get the tickets and we’ll give them all details on where they can get them. So everyone should keep rushing for the tickets because we are going to be there as well as amazing artists. We are going to do a lot of stuff and have fun. Everyone should come in their numbers,” they added.

The Daterush pool party promises to be an incredible celebration, combining music, dance, and the electric atmosphere of the Daterush reality show.
