Though an upcoming rapper and hip-life artiste, Ratty Ghana promises to have what many rappers lack to solidify their credibility in the industry: substance. The young Ghanaian rapper infuses the Ghanaian political history in an artistically prolific delivery to celebrate Ghana month. March was declared by the Ministry of Tourism as a Ghana month and Ghanaians were required to promote Ghanaian products and services in their own small ways. Accordingly, Media General, mother company of TV3,3FM,Onua FM, Connect FM, Akoma FM, APL and 3news.com, also declared March a “Ghana Month” and championed “Eat Ghana, Wear Ghana, Watch Ghana and Know Ghana” campaign throughout the month. The media conglomerate strategically aligned its productions and content in that direction. It was during the period that Ratty Ghana made an appearance on 3FM and TV3 to stage that compelling performance we still talk about even after the month has passed.
