All is set for the 2022 edition of the ‘The King is Coming’ musical concert at the Church auditorium of the Bethel Seventh-Day Adventist Church (OSU) in Accra, on Saturday October 29, 2022.
This year’s edition of the concert, is dubbed ‘ “Remember your creator” will feature some of the talented music prodigies within the Church.
According to a statement by the organizers, the primary aim of ‘The King is Coming’ musical concert is to ”herald the soon return of Christ as stated in Revelation 14:7 and Revelation 22:20 through music.”
This year’s edition will feature the host choir Heavenly Strings, PESDAC Praise, New Vision Choir, The Manifest, Earl and Evelyn and a host of other surprise acts.
Personal Ministries Director of the Bethel-Osu, SDA Church, Elder Frank Aning said “We chose the theme “Remember your Creator” to highlight the fact that God is the creator of all things including ourselves and thus deserves our allegiance and worship especially in these last days. In line with the Pink October initiatives, we will also take the opportunity to create awareness about breast cancer and so the dress code for the programme should have a touch of pink.
The King is Coming Concert will also be used to sensitize guest about breast cancer in line with the pink October initiatives. In this regard the dress code for the event will be with a touch of pink.
The musical concert will also be streamed live on social media (Facebook, Zoom and YouTube @bethelsdaosu)
It starts at 5pm, and absolutely free that one can’t afford to miss it.

As Christians, particularly Seventh – day Adventist Christians, we believe in the second coming of our Lord Jesus. It is worth reminding ourselves that we are not in normal times and events happening all around us points to this great event. The “King is Coming” is a non for profit musical concert to remind the world of Christ’s soon return. The event is also to show the church’s appreciation to God for how far he has led the church and his goodness towards the members. The King is Coming concert will be a soul searching, heart-warming, inspiring and spirit-filled encounter.

Bethel Seventh Day Adventist Church, Osu, is a happy family of faithful servants eagerly awaiting the Second Advent of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Church was birthed in 1988, following an evangelistic campaign led by Pastor S.A. Larmie. The then Osu church, after a series of evangelistic campaigns was later organized into a fully-fledged church for the Osu area.
