Ghanaians have dubbed the WizKid Live concert the worst-ever event in this country as industry stakeholders lament this setback in their carefully curated December in Ghana space. Despite being the main act, Wizkid did not show up at the Wizkid Live at the Accra Sports Stadium.

After waiting for long hours and leaving the Accra Sports Stadium sometime this dawn, patrons have taken to Twitter to share their dissatisfaction after Wizkid did not show up at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Although some may consider the night a flop, Ghanaian artistes came through in the Ghanaian way, saving the day and providing top-notch music to salvage the situation.
Efya, Gyakie, Joey B, Darkovibes, Yaw Tog, Kojo Manuel and the Asakaa group turnt up the crowd with spectacular performances.

On August 9, 2022, Nigerian musician Kizz Daniel was arrested and detained after he failed to perform at the Summer Amplified Show in Tanzania.
According to sources, Kizz Daniel was booked for $60,000 to perform, and tables at the event sold for between $5,000 and $10,000.
His excuse for failing thousands of expectant fans? Kizz Daniel blamed the airline for failing to bring one of his bags containing his gold chain.
