Reggae-cum-dancehall artiste, Samini, has alleged he and Stonebwoy were last Saturday bounced by Shatta Wale from performing at the latter’s musical concert to launch his Reign album. According to Samini, he and Stonebwoy had planned to give Shatta Wale a surprise performance but were denied such opportunity which would have seen the three arch rivals on one stage for the first time in about a year. In a tweet to congratulate Shatta Wale on the successful launch of his Reign album, Samini said he waited in a car for over an hour at the event grounds trying to get clearance, which was denied.

But Shatta responded later claiming he had no knowledge whatsoever about the incident. “Oh! How, this is news to me…sorry if this was da case…am very very sorry…it would have been nice!!! Thanx for da support,” Shatta tweeted in response to Samini’s claim. Shatta’s response has been described by Stonebwoy as a lie. Stonebwoy who is on the same management with Shatta suggested it would have been a great opportunity for the two have been on warpath for sometime now, to end the bad blood between them. The launch of the Reign album reportedly has witnessed one of the biggest crowd in the history of musical concert in the country as Shatta reported filled the 20,000-seater capacity dome. The first copy of the 18-track album was auctioned for 150,000 cedis. Major highlight of the night was Shatta’s public reunion and marriage proposal to his long time girlfriend and baby mama, Shatta Michy.  ]]>
