The #GhanaMonth celebration is an initiative of the Media General group to showcase Ghanaian culture to the outside world.
Throughout the month of March, on-air presenters dressed in different local fabrics to shed lights on the diversity of Ghanaian culture to the whole world.
General Manager of MG Television, Mr Francis Doku said “As we have but a few days to end the month-long celebrations, let’s all put in our best to finish hard and to crown the good works with even better ones!”
He further thanked the entire staff for supporting the celebration.“This is to express the appreciation of the Management of MGTV to our teams at Marketing, Style and Makeup, the producers at News, Entertainment and Lifestyle, Sports and APL for the efforts put in the past four weeks to make our presenters look great in their Ghana Month themed costumes and looks.
“We appreciate the dedication to ensure that TV3 and Onua TV presenters, content and programmes really reflected the objective of celebrating Ghana through our television channels.
“We also are very grateful for the support provided by Technical and Programmes to make these ideas come alive and even more so to the team at Digital for ensuring that we would shine brightest on social media and other digital platforms throughout the month of March.
