The Staff of Aduro y3 Herbal Center, the producers of Obuasi Bitters, have showered praises on the Chief Executive Officer, Collins Amo, on his birthday.

The staff, numbering over 500, praised the CEO for his leadership style and philanthropic works at a short ceremony organized to mark his birthday at the premises of the company.

The Staff presented gifts to the CEO, establishing the enormous contributions of the young burgeoning businessman on their lives.

Collins Amo is noted for recruiting most of the youth from Obuasi and neighbouring communities, a feat which has received commendations from the local authority in Obuasi and other districts.

According to the staff who spoke to the media at the sidelines of the birthday celebrations, they made it a point to surprise their CEO by throwing a lavish party for him on his birthday because he has been a blessing to them by improving their livelihoods by becoming a source of their incomes.

They also revealed that one trait that has endeared him to the workers is his ability to unite and not discriminate against them.

“Our boss does not discriminate against anybody. He mingles so well with the drivers, laborers and the rest of the staff. This is why our company is growing from strength to strength”.

The need for the youth to believe in their abilities

The youth in the country must have high hopes of making it in life.

This can be achieved by believing in their abilities and taking up responsibilities.

This, according to the CEO of Obuasi Gringo Bitters Collins Amo, is the key to success.

He revealed that the success of his company as one of the fastest-rising bitters in Ghana is down to collaboration and hardwork.

He said he has belief in the abilities of his workers who he lauded for putting in so much efforts and sacrifices to bring the company this far.

Mr. Amo again advised young and upcoming businesses to put the interest of their customers above all other considerations.

He said “customers are always right so it is important to take feedback from them and work around it”.
